The purpose of this policy is to guide all employees, on the use and care of Company assets provided to employees to discharge their official duties
SCOPE
This policy is applicable to all employees of KOYE Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. as well as its subsidiary companies.
Guidelines
This policy is applicable to all employees of KOYE Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. as well as its subsidiary companies.
- All Company provided physical assets such as laptops, pen drives, Tabs, dongles are provided to discharge official duties only. Unauthorized and unreasonable use shall be deemed be a violation and shall be dealt with accordingly.
- Every employee is individually responsible and accountable for the care and upkeep of the assets allocated to him/her.
- Employees are not allowed to lend Company provided assets to anyone.
- All Employees provided with Company assets shall be required to sign undertaking and declaration of acceptance (Attached Annexure-A) on the care & guidelines to be adhered to in handling the asset.
- When the Employee is on long leave due to sickness or other reason due to which the employee may not be able to discharge his duties, the reporting manager needs to take a call on whether to continue providing the asset to the Employee or withdraw it temporarily till such time the Employee reports back on duty.
- Employee separating from the Company needs to handover the asset to the reporting manager immediately, unless advised on the contrary by the company.
- The responsibility of reimbursing the damages on account of loss or damage due to negligence to the Company provided asset shall be the responsibility of the employee. The same shall be recovered from the Employee’s salary at the replacement value as mentioned in the Company book of accounts.
- Employees are advised not to undertake repair of a Company provided asset damaged by them. Instead, they are required to bring it to the attention of the Company who will undertake the asset repair from an authorized dealer.
Restrictive Clauses
- In all matters pertaining to this policy rests exclusively with the discretion and decision of the Company is final and binding.
- Any exceptions to the above would be at the sole discretion of Management.
- The Company reserves the right to change this policy to meet the changing needs of its business.
